Location: Okinawa (Normally Thrilling Thiells), NY, Japan

I am a cool laid back cat that like to be all hip on the fun spots in big cities (I know hot spots in N'orleans and learned of alot in NY). I love to travel and meet new people and just chat for hours as if we are old reunited friends. I am also heavily into movies and AFI's 100. I might want to become a film historian or something like that. I LOVE baseball!! I just cant get enough of it, and there is plenty here in Japan.

Well it seems the fall is the best time to start releasing new materials and what not whether it be books, movies etc. This is the cover from my latest series of books and it is the 2nd to last book in a series that has been running since Nov 1999. It was the first Star Wars series to have continuity in it. I only fear that the whole thing is petering out of steam for the last couple ended well, but not as well as the books that came out in Oct 2001, and Oct 2002 respectively. Those two were all about good fucking plot twists and what not. Ohhh well I guess I will have to read it and hope for the best. A great series though, and as you can see from the cover the new bad guys are bad mofo's, ugly looking too...

Ok taking a nap and hoping that you will sleep through to the next day is not a bad idea. It is when you are a wiry person as it is, and you awake all dehydrated at 11PM. Then you are up for the next four hours trying to get back to sleep. I played a lil PS2 hoping that would knock me out, and made me a lil drowsy. There is nothing but crap on TV and if I didnt have to be up in three more hours I would have a beer or two to take the edge off. God being a nocturnal person sucks. This is the reason why I love my summers off cause I can be as nocturnal as I want and still get paid for it. But anyways, I was killing some time looking at some links to blogs that are linked to mine. (Confused?? So am I, I will reword that in the morning). Some people had me laughing with some of the stuff that they put up and what not. But it makes you wonder how true to form some people are to what they write. I know of only a few that are like that and others 'fit the mold' if ya know what I mean. I am all rambling here incoherently and I am going to attempt to get sleep again...this time I will put socks on me cold feet to try and make myself more comfortable and kick out my huge cat who must insist on licking my hair in the middle of the night...

Guten Nacht

I went to write something and post a pic to my brother for messing around with my Blogger last week but ran across this while trying to locate a picture...I cant even describe this: Whacky!

Ohhhh and people, when there is a fire and the fire department is trying to do its job. Get out of the way, we dont care that you lit your bed on fire with the glass dick. Just let us put the fire out...thank you.

I am blogging at work, but the blogger version they have is all retarded like and not like the one that I have at home...anyways. I believe one my kids was all fucked up on something today. He was one minute all wired and talking about smashing things with a hammer. Next minute he is all about crashing and burning. I was getting a lil nervous cause we were allowing him to put pictures up around our office and what not and he had access to a hammer in his hand. The situation eventually disappated but it was tense cause I cant just shout "Hey asshole, put the fucking hammer away and calm the fuck down!!!" Quite the possibl situation indeed. Ohhh well things are all good asides from that and tommorow is our PE day where we undertake various activites and have pizza and ice cream. Monday we get our ping pong table for the room. The whole program is coming along nicely and the kids are learning a thing or two. I am really enjoying it and all that I do...

And to my girlfriend, you are the best...I am glad that you can listen to me talk about the things that bother me and vice versa. I cant shower you in affection now, but I can leave ya with this lovely item. Hope everyone is having a good week, and lets have a storm party. I have the boogie board!!!

Wow, what a great weekend already...and it is not even done yet. I got to spend time with the girl, Went out for some mucho craving of sushi, watched a movie on Friday night together and just held each other really close. Sometimes it is the simple things that matters and they matter very much when I am with her.

Yesterday was not so eventful in the daytime. Came home chatted with a few people did some errands around the house, and played a PS2 Tournament of Madden 2003 (Gotta use the "Choad" when playing the Jets). Last night I intended to stop at the hut for the lil impromptu BBQ they had planned even for a lil bit. But I wound up working on my newletter, completing it. And then going out with my babe. We attempted to eat at the Cheesecake Factory, but the wait was like two hours so we were just like "pha-q". Went to a lil mexican restaurant that had a plethora of empty seats but were told it would be an hour wait. So blew that place off. Finally settled at Legal Seafood. Even though I walked in hungry, I was so enthralled in our conversations that I really didnt care about the food when we finally sat down. The original plan was to have dinner and a movie, but we were having such a great time we just decided to go out together and just chat some more.

That is when you know, you have something great. When you can just blow aside plans. That you dont have to live to what ya scheduled to do. And I truly am a lucky man to have this princess at my side. She makes me happy, warm and fuzzy all over. And we are working through each other quirks to make this an even better experience. ;-)

In other news from the home front, I had completed my first whole week of school and things are getting better and better. Our room is coming together nicely and I learned that within a month or so we should be getting more students to fill up the spots that is larger than our current complement of 3. We have a fridge in the room and will be doing PE activities of bowling this week as well. I am happy that I am a pioneer in this program and found out I was pretty much the shoe in when I interviewed. That raises the ego a lil. It all works out in the end.

This last part is my lyrics from me to you hun:
Something in the way she moves
Attracts me like no other lover
Something in the way she woos me

I don't want to leave her now
You know I believe her now

Somewhere in her smile she knows
That I don't need no other lover
Something in her style that shows me

Don't want to leave her now
You know I believe her now
You're asking me will my love grow
I don't know, I don't know
You stick around now it may show
I don't know, I don't know

Something in the way she knows
And all I have to do is think of her
Something in the things she shows me

Don't want to leave her now
You know I believe her now

Catch you all on the flip side...

I was going to write something about 'having to remember today and those lost'. But we all must do what we must do on this day. Just know to each and everyone that I know/who read this that may you all live a long and bountiful life, and may disaster never strike anymore people that we know and love.

To those that are lost, know that we love you and are always thinking of you...always and forever.

Well last week was certainly an adventurous one. I began work at the school this year and it is an all new program that is really intensive special ed kids. A program where we have rules from the Central office, from the school itself, and from the head of special education too. Add in the compounded problems of not knowing what the hell I was teaching, and a classroom that was not complete. Needles to say, it was a totally nerve wracking experience. Right now we only have 4 kids in the class between two teachers and a pshycologist on site at all times. The kids were a lil upset that we had to escort them everywhere in the building and this program is sooo intensive that they are not allowed to even hang out in the lunchroom. The normal repertoire is they have class half the day and the other half they have BOCES (A place where kids learn a trade). But last Wednesday they were stuck with us all day and it added to the tension. That and the fact that I am still on a summer sleep schedule, made for a tense day. But I survived. And it got better as the week went on. We relaxed the rules a lil and they relaxed a lil in general. These kids need the courses we teach to get a diploma and we will work with them all the way. It is like having a teacher on demand, and I am enjoying it now. It is like being a pioneer, a lil nerve wracking, but once things settle down, life goes on...I am excited and have all my plans made up for the next two weeks.

One of the things that definetly helped me get through the week was my girl. Just knowing that she was there to talk to in the end and help me to relax after the long day is such a heartwarming thing to know. I trulyam blessed to be with her and I wish only to promote health and happiness in her. We had another great weekend of fun times and what not. I got a chance to meet her friends, who were ultra cool and what not. We ended the night just holding each other and what not. She is the best and I learned that she copies the Supremes when she sleeps...

Saturday she got to see the debauchery that occurs during and most especially after a parade. I was in the color guard holding the flag and was all tense as it was trying to make sure that the eagle at the top of the pole was facing straight or we face deduction of points. I have been in my department for 11 years and have been in the color guard for almost EVERY single parade since I joined. I teach the young guys how to be in the color guard, and what it entails and one day we shall be rewarded with a trophy for our patience. LOL...I guess my job as a teacher is never over. But I really dont mind.

Myself and Gwen had a great time hanging out after the parade and she had a great time just hanging with all the cool peeps from the hut. And her name got straightend out by "Yossell", who misheard her name the week before ("Hey when and where!!"). We won a few trophies which is rare in the last few years so the mood was lifted even higher than it was when we started the day. And we all went out to party it up with all the wild boys and girls. And the douches with cowboy hats. (No offense to people from the south, but NY is no place for a hat if you are from NY.) It also reminds me of a joke What is the differenc between tampons and cowboy hats?? Cowboy hats are for assholes.... But we had a great time and I was saddened that it all went so fast. Ohhh well things are great and they can only get higher and higher as Jackie Wilson says...

For you Gwen, I have nothing but a big Mwah!! For you...Have a great day and an even better evening everyone. I know I am ;-), especially after chatting with her...

I had a really kick ass weekend...I got to spend a lot of time with me girl, Gwen (when in Rome... ).

On Friday I had to get my car out of the shop in Westchester. It was a lil bit of a problem with the AAA number and what not, but after 40 mins the guy decided to be cool what with it being the long weekend let me just go home. I then went off to Green Greenwhich to be with Gwen and we went out for a few cocktails and chatted and what not. I learned a lot about the two of us and what is the makings of a great thing between us. All in all a great night with an awesome girl.

Saturday was a lot of fun...Had some good pasta, wrote on a table, I got a ride with an oscillating chair, learned what a "Tazo" was, taught someone how to break arms, and got hosed down. A good night indeed...

Sunday was a lil nerve racking day only for the fact that I thrust upon Gwen friends and family all at once. But she had a good time and got to see what the hut is like with all the nuts present at once. Especially when you have the Kool-Aid man leading the debauchery, a game of 70 foot away sink the basketball game happening, nightime horseshoes and 'probies' being tossed into dumpsters, and I went for a ride in an office chair courtesy of a CO2 propellant. All in all a great night, and one that I am glad she got to share with me, although she saw a whole gammit of debauchery at once.

Monday I spent the day cleaning up the night after as did others. It took us a good four hours, we went for a ride in the fire truck and did some activities which shall not be posted here. I then went to see Gwen even if was only for a few short hours and gave her a painting. Although the time was short it was still great, and that is all that I shall write...

Today I be tired and will take a lil nap to rest up for tommorow, the first day of school. Im sure a rant will be forthcoming...
